Chan: Ahah, may Be. Sounds Interesting.

Myself:What bothers you about any mobile app?

Chan: Their notification/alerts constants popping-up.

Myself: What is your most important criteria to download an app?

Chan: Memory size is a concern. It should take small space as there are other apps too that I use. And it shouldn’t have heavy graphics which can slow down my phone.

Myself: what is your preferred medium to convey birthday wishes?

Chan: Calendar, FB, Twitter, Whatsapp, LinkedIn.

Myself:Export Via?

Chan: WhatsApp, Messenger, Call or any medium through which my friend is connected. When someone doesn’t have LinkedIn account I don’t want to see that option coming.

Myself: Do you like any additional features like sending gifts or gift cards and purchasing?

Chan: Not really, I have others for those activities.

Myself: Is there any main concern about birthday reminder app with any previous experience?

Chan: Timezone should be synced. I don’t want to wish them in my mornings which could be end of their birthday but during their midnight or mornings.

Myself: How about backup?

Chan: Sure, that's useful.

Myself: Anything else to consider?

Chan: I don’t want annoying ads and subscription constantly popping-up.
