Hey There! I am Shilpa.

I’m a user experience designer passionate about producing impactful solutions backed by data and research. I enjoy advocating for users with empathy, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and building useful and equitable products.

As a computer engineer and a designer, I have acquired the unique ability to bridge the gaps between product, design, and development. Working in different industries like finance, entertainment & Media, and technology has helped me expand my leadership and team-building skills in UX design and strategy.

My work is focused on collaborating with different cross-functional teams (like researchers, product, and development, content strategists, and developers) and creating UX strategies, personas, information architecture, competitive/ market analysis, customer journeys, low-fi and high-fi designs, and design presentations.

I’m driven by inclusivity, innovation, diversity, and everyone having a seat at the table. This ensures we understand our users and deliver a product that adds value to our customers with business impact.

In my spare time, you would find me traveling, skiing, and cooking for my near and dear ones and my all-time favorite things to do are singing, dancing, and connecting with people.
